Edward accused Lewis of using Monroe to increase audiences for the show after he revealed on air that the little girl gave him an ultimatum after talking about her on the air.
‘I didn’t expect her to say that so young, I expected her to say that when she was a teenager, but she said if I keep talking [about her] on the radio that she won’t see me again until she’s an adult, âLewis said.
Lewis had revealed that their daughter had gone “pretty crazy” after discussing her rejection of several upscale private elementary schools on the air.
Open book: In a recent episode of his eponymous radio show, he spoke about his five-year-old daughter and ex Gage Edwards, Monroe
The Bravo TV star shared that her ex and co-parent, 36, told their daughter her education situation was discussed on Lewis’ radio show.
Last week Lewis said Monroe “was refused admission to one of, I think, four or five schools we applied to.”
He added that if the pattern of rejection persists, they should probably enroll her in a Catholic school instead – despite her confessing to being “afraid of nuns.”
‘Gage thought he should tell her that I had spoken about her on the radio and that as a result she would not be admitted to some schools and that she would have to go to a Catholic school with the nuns. ‘ Lewis said.
He’s had enough: Lewis’ ex Gage Edward took to social media with a harsh statement on the radio host’s comments
“So she called me crying and⦠she was pretty crazy,” he continued before revealing the aforementioned ultimatum she gave him.
Lewis said the conversation had shaken him for hours and that he “hoped” the dust would calm down, before lashing out at Edward for his “decisive” and seemingly vindictive gesture.
“I texted Gage and said, ‘Look, I never tell you anything bad about Monroe and it seems decisive. I would never want to turn it on you, that’s what you seem to be doing right now. You “are mad at me, please don’t use it to pick on me,” he explained of the conversation.
“I don’t appreciate him getting into his head about these things and I hope he realizes he made a mistake using it to get revenge on me,” he said. -he adds.
Happier times: Lewis and Edward dated for almost a decade and started raising a daughter together before they split in 2019
Lewis’s loose lips had already kicked Monroe out of his Montessori preschool in 2019, with Gage being “less than delighted” that their daughter’s education could be threatened again because of their publicity.
Jeff had made fun of the prestigious institution as well as some parents and students on his radio show, even going so far as to read internal e-mails on the air.
The reality TV star admitted that the past incident had something to do with her daughter’s rejection from several private elementary schools.
âWe heard from a school and they responded immediately. They said, “We know who you are. We know who Monroe is and … we’re not interested in Monroe.” That’s what they said, âhe recalls on the air.

Gage shared a lengthy Instagram post about her thoughts on her ex’s comments regarding their child. He added the now expired stories as a highlight on his page.
In the posts, he lamented: “As a lot of people know, my preference has always been not to hire myself.”
He explained that he was at his wit’s end: “What’s unfair, and what I’m going to talk about, is the continued exploitation of a minor for content.”
The marketing executive also blamed SiriusXM for the show and the show’s producers. “Just as disappointing as the person who keeps talking about her is SiriusXM and the executives, producers and managers of RadioAndy.”
